RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a CRM Supervisor in Dubai for a well-established UAE automotive distribution group that represents international passenger vehicle, motorcycle, off-road and mobility brands. The supervisor runs the call centre day to day and owns lead follow-up and customer retention across the group's showrooms and aftersales teams.
What the role involves
- Supervise daily call centre activities, making sure inbound and outbound calls, customer inquiries, complaints, service appointments and follow-ups are handled efficiently
- Monitor CRM activities, lead allocation, response times, customer records and follow-up effectiveness to improve lead conversion and customer retention
- Work closely with showroom sales, service advisors and aftersales teams so customer engagement, appointment scheduling and issue resolution happen on time
- Supervise, coach and evaluate the call centre / CRM agents, monitor KPIs, prepare performance reports and put improvements in place for customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Requirements noted by the source board
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same role within automotive dealership / distribution companies
- Hands-on experience with the Keyloop Dealer Management System (DMS) or a related / similar CRM tool
- Proven team leadership, customer complaint resolution and KPI monitoring skills, with strong communication and the ability to coordinate across sales and aftersales departments
