What the role involves
- Help prepare, cook and assemble menu items to the set standard
- Support the Chef de Partie in delivering fast, accurate dine-in and takeaway orders
- Complete daily ingredient preparation, replenishment and storage, with FIFO stock rotation
- Maintain food hygiene, sanitation, workstation cleanliness and safe food handling throughout operations
Requirements noted by the boards
- At least a high school graduate
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie in a quick service restaurant, preferably with Asian cuisine
- Good English communication, with solid knowledge of food safety, hygiene and HACCP principles
- Open to Asian candidates aged 45 and below (as listed on the board)
