Tanizze is recruiting a Registered Nurse for a homecare team covering the Northern Emirates, based in Sharjah. The nurse provides care to patients in their own homes — medication, wound care and monitoring — and builds individual care plans with physicians.
What the role involves
- Provide nursing care in patients' homes, including medication administration, wound care and monitoring vital signs
- Develop and follow individualised care plans together with physicians and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Keep accurate electronic patient records and report any change in a patient's condition promptly
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for smooth patient care and follow-up
Requirements noted by the boards
- Valid Registered Nurse licence recognised in the UAE (DHA/MOH)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in homecare or community health
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work independently
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Listed on the board as a female-nurse opening
