Zenvia E-Commerce Trading is hiring an E-Commerce Operations Manager in Manama to run the day-to-day operation behind its online store. The manager is accountable for order accuracy, service levels and the operating numbers that show whether the business is improving or slipping.
What the role involves
- Lead daily online-store operations, covering listings, order processing and store workflows
- Coordinate fulfilment, inventory and returns so orders leave accurately and on time
- Track conversion, order accuracy and other operating KPIs, and investigate where they fall short
- Work with the marketing, customer service and logistics teams on the issues that cross between them
- Improve processes, document standard operating procedures, and manage operational risks
- Produce monthly performance reports and improvement plans
