What the role involves
- Fix minor plumbing problems such as unclogging drains and repairing leaky spigots and faucets
- Carry out small miscellaneous repairs, for example tightening toilet seats, changing light bulbs and patching holes in walls
- Do preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication
- Report maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents and injuries as they arise
- Welcome and assist guests according to company standards
