Exclusive Talent Management is hiring a Senior Backend Engineer in Abu Dhabi to build the services behind an AI-agent platform. What the role involves
- Architect the orchestration layer that coordinates specialised AI workers, managing state, task routing and error handling
- Design task-router and intent-classifier services that map user prompts to specific skills and playbooks
- Build scalable, containerised microservices that handle high-concurrency requests with low latency
- Build the secure data access layer for enterprise systems, and scalable, audited connections to the central data platform
- Develop backend logic for retrieval search over historical proposals and technical documents, and connectors for external data feeds
- Implement gateway and policy services for authentication, role-based access control and redaction, engineered for air-gapped, on-premise deployment
