About this opening
Exclusive Talent Management is hiring a Senior Machine Learning Engineer in Abu Dhabi, on a contract basis, to build the models behind an AI platform for regulated, document-heavy work. The role combines LLM and NLP pipelines that turn regulatory text into structured rules with predictive models for forecasting and supplier risk.
What the role involves
- Design and fine-tune LLM pipelines that interpret complex regulatory texts and extract structured rules
- Convert natural-language requirements into computer-processable formats for downstream compliance engines, and build retrieval-based semantic search over technical documentation
- Develop time-series forecasting models for material demand and spend, using internal ERP data with external market signals
- Build classification and anomaly-detection models for supplier risk, and optimisation algorithms that balance cost, lead time and risk
- Containerise models and deploy them into secure, on-premise inference environments, with automated training and inference pipelines
- Optimise inference latency and resource use, and monitor models in production for drift and performance
Requirements noted by the source board
- Expert proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Pandas and NumPy
- Strong experience with transformer architectures and NLP frameworks such as Hugging Face and LangChain
- Proficiency with MLOps tools and practices, including Docker, Kubernetes and experiment tracking
- Ability to design data preprocessing pipelines for structured and unstructured data
- 5+ years in machine learning engineering, 7-10 years preferred, with models deployed into production (as listed on the board)
