RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Supply Chain Manager in Sharjah for a UAE-based FMCG distributor that represents international brands across modern trade, traditional trade, e-commerce and HORECA channels. The manager runs the supply chain end to end — planning, buying, stock, warehousing and distribution — for a fast-moving consumer goods operation where product availability and expiry control both matter.
What the role involves
- Manage end-to-end FMCG supply chain operations, including demand planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution
- Oversee demand forecasting, stock planning, replenishment and inventory control so products stay available and wastage stays low
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, warehouse, logistics and finance teams on day-to-day supply decisions
- Manage suppliers and logistics partners so deliveries arrive on time
- Monitor supply chain KPIs and work on cost and operational efficiency
- Lead the supply chain team

- Minimum 4 years of relevant supply chain experience, preferably within the FMCG industry
