Redfish is hiring a Commercial Manager in Ras Al Khaimah for fit-out projects. The role covers contract administration and negotiation, tender and pricing work, budget monitoring and claims management across fit-out and construction projects.
What the role involves
- Manage commercial activities for fit-out projects, including contract administration and negotiation
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to maximise project value
- Prepare and evaluate tender documents, bills of quantities and pricing proposals
- Monitor project budgets and financial reports and mitigate commercial risks
- Work with project managers and procurement teams on timely delivery and cost control
- Lead claims management and resolve commercial disputes, and track construction costs and industry trends
