Redfish is hiring a Senior MEP Project Manager in Abu Dhabi. The manager leads MEP delivery on construction projects - planning schedules, resources and budgets, and overseeing procurement, installation and commissioning of MEP systems against technical specifications, safety standards and client requirements.
What the role involves
- Lead MEP projects ensuring compliance with technical specifications, safety standards and client requirements
- Plan schedules, resources and budgets with design teams, contractors and stakeholders
- Oversee procurement, installation and commissioning of MEP systems and resolve technical issues promptly
- Monitor progress, prepare regular reports and carry out site inspections for quality and safety
- Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services
- Apply risk management, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor junior engineers and team members
Requirements noted by the source board
