Redfish is hiring a Fit Out Project Manager in Riyadh to lead luxury and high-end interior fit-out projects. The manager coordinates every stage of project execution, keeping delivery on budget and on schedule to a high quality standard, and maintains strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders.
What the role involves
- Plan and manage all stages of fit-out projects, including budgeting, scheduling and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers and clients so project execution runs smoothly
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues or delays promptly to meet deadlines
- Make sure work complies with local building codes, safety regulations and quality standards
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings and change orders, and lead and mentor project team members
