RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for Finance & Accounting roles in Dubai, recruiting for a Dubai-based international shipping and logistics company that connects Europe and Africa. The specialist runs end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior finance positions and builds finance talent pipelines across international markets, with a particular emphasis on Africa.
What the role involves
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior Accounting and Finance positions, including Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, Chief Accountants, Finance Directors and CFOs
- Independently source, headhunt, screen and assess qualified finance professionals
- Partner with hiring managers to understand the technical finance requirements of each role
- Maintain strong finance talent pipelines across international markets, with particular emphasis on Africa
