RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring an Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established global tissue manufacturer in Abu Dhabi. The officer processes supplier invoices, credit notes and payment requests, reconciles supplier statements, watches accounts payable aging and due dates, and keeps the company's financial controls and UAE VAT compliance in order.
What the role involves
- Process supplier invoices, credit notes and payment requests
- Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies, and monitor accounts payable aging and payment due dates
- Coordinate with Procurement, Stores and other departments to clear invoice discrepancies
- Keep full compliance with the company's financial controls and applicable UAE VAT requirements
