TalentGrade is hiring an Assistant FFA (Fire Fighting Appliances) Technician in Abu Dhabi for a marine safety equipment servicing company. The assistant supports senior technicians in inspecting, testing, servicing and maintaining firefighting appliances such as extinguishers, fire hoses and breathing apparatus, and keeps the servicing records in order.
What the role involves
- Assist technicians in inspecting, testing, and maintaining firefighting appliances
- Support servicing of fire extinguishers, fire hoses, breathing apparatus, and related safety equipment
- Check firefighting equipment for defects, damage, and operational readiness
- Perform basic maintenance activities under the supervision of senior technicians
- Follow fire safety procedures and equipment servicing guidelines
- Maintain inspection checklists, servicing reports, and maintenance records
- Ensure safe handling and proper storage of firefighting equipment
