RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring an HR Director for a well-established Dubai-based company in the travel, hotel and tourism industry, operating for over 20 years. The director leads group-wide HR strategy and organisational development, runs end-to-end HR operations with full UAE labour-law compliance, and builds talent management and performance systems across multiple business entities.
What the role involves
- Lead group-wide HR strategy and organisational development: workforce planning, organisational restructuring, succession planning and talent development aligned with business objectives
- Run end-to-end HR operations and compliance: recruitment, onboarding, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, employee relations and performance management under UAE labour law and MOHRE regulations
- Drive talent management and employee performance: recruitment strategies, appraisal systems, engagement initiatives, leadership development and retention strategies across multiple business entities
- Strengthen HR governance as a business partner: advise senior management on manpower planning, HR budgets, workforce productivity and HR systems, with standardised policies, KPIs and process improvements
