RTC-1 Employment Services is hiring an Operator Rewinder in Jubail for a well-established KSA tissue paper manufacturer. The operator runs, monitors and adjusts tissue paper rewinding and slitting machines, keeping a close eye on roll width, diameter, winding tension and finished-roll quality, and catches paper defects and slitting irregularities before they become waste. The board welcomes overseas candidates with home-country tissue manufacturing experience.
What the role involves
- Operate, monitor and adjust tissue paper rewinding and slitting machines for smooth production and efficient conversion of jumbo tissue rolls
- Monitor roll width, diameter, winding tension, dimensions and finished-roll quality for compliance with production specifications
- Identify paper defects, uneven winding, wrinkles and slitting irregularities — make operational adjustments and report equipment issues
- Maintain accurate production records, minimise paper wastage, coordinate with production and maintenance teams, and follow workplace safety procedures
Requirements noted by the source board

- Diploma in Paper Board, Paper Technology, Tissue Paper Production or a closely related paper manufacturing discipline (as listed on the board)
