TGC Middle East is hiring a Recruitment Associate in Dubai for its own US-market staffing team (the board lists the internal role as US Recruiter). What the role involves
- Make a minimum of 50 outbound calls per day to candidates from the existing candidate database
- Contact candidates to assess qualifications, experience, availability and interest in US-market job opportunities, and explain the roles, responsibilities and employment details
- Screen candidates against job requirements, shortlist suitable profiles and coordinate interview scheduling with the recruitment team
- Maintain accurate candidate records, call logs and follow-up activity in the database/ATS (Loxo), following up for updated CVs and confirmations
- Meet daily calling targets and other recruitment KPIs while building candidate relationships
