NSR Associates is hiring a Senior Commercial Director in Dubai for a Tier 1 main contractor. The director gives strategic commercial guidance and leadership across the business unit, covering a portfolio the board values at AED 3.1 billion across hotels, industrial schemes, high-rise towers and shopping malls, with a direct line into the General Manager.
What the role involves
- Provide strategic commercial guidance and leadership across the business unit for a main contractor
- Handle project reviews, guidance and client engagement across a portfolio of hotel, industrial, high-rise and shopping mall projects
- Take a key role in the commercial management and guidance of project teams, both pre-contract and post-contract
- Cover the full lifecycle of major build projects, from bid submissions to final account, including claims upstream and downstream
- Mentor the Quantity Surveying team on commercial practice and career development
- Work directly with the General Manager on the commercial direction of the business
