RTC-1 Employment Services, a Dubai-based licensed recruitment firm, is hiring a Warehouse Manager for a leading UAE provider of premium sanitary ware and bathroom solutions, based in Mussafah, Abu Dhabi. The manager takes charge of end-to-end warehouse operations — receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch and distribution — and leads a team of about ten warehouse staff. The role calls for at least five years of warehouse management experience, ideally with sanitary ware, ceramics, tiles or building materials, plus strong ERP/WMS and inventory-control skills, and runs on a six-day week.
What the role involves
- Lead and manage end-to-end warehouse operations: receiving, storage, inventory control, order picking, dispatch and distribution of sanitary ware products
- Supervise, train and manage a team of about 10 warehouse personnel, keeping productivity, accountability and daily operations on track
- Keep accurate inventory records, run regular stock audits and cycle counts, minimise stock discrepancies and use warehouse space effectively
- Put warehouse SOPs, safety standards and handling procedures in place to prevent product damage, control operational costs and fulfil orders on time
